Hi there. I moved to Bangkok a couple of months ago and have finally settled in. I've been working in video (camera, editor, director) for the last ten years in London UK and have bought my Canon 5d mkii and various other equipment with me but have yet to meet anyone else interested in this line of work.

I'm really looking for new contacts/friends/collaborators to start working on projects paid or not. If you have your own gear and are looking for someone to shoot with that is fine, or you may have no gear but some great ideas for film/documentary/corporate projects you'd like to pursue. Obviously it would be great if you spoke Thai as i do not.

I'm new to this forum and have no idea if there is a p2p option, but if not i'll post my mobile/email etc so you can contact me. If you have no interest in film/video, but know someone who might be, feel free to mention this posting to them.

Hi there. That would be great if you could PM me thanks. Rental houses are always good contacts to make. Also i'm planning to come to Singapore at some point to buy a video camera (the dslr is great for some things, but tricky for others) so perhaps you could recommend a reliable, good value outlet down there. I'm aware of a company called Expandore, whose prices seem competitive, but there may be others to check out. The prices here are worse than the UK.

BTW, what TV station do you work for, and what kind of commissions do they do?
