i have some thai baht and want to change to english pounds.

where can i do it,

all the exchanges have a rate but they all say they have none, also tried some banks and same problem.

im hoping to get an exchange rate of pound for 50 baht.

anyone have any sensible ideas...

^ In Pattaya you could try:

Bank Gold, which is located on Soi Rungland.

Soi Rungland is across the street from CAT Telecom on South Pattaya Road.

While on this topic. How about Australian Dollar and US Dollarand Korean Won. Not I’m Bkk ATM but willbe Shorty and heading over to the countries . I normally just use any cards I have.But this time would like to carry some extra cash. Or should I exchange the Thaibaht over there?

If you want physical cash, you are probably better off selling your baht in Thailand.
