Hey,

My girlfriend and i want to go to germany for 3 months and also go to the netherlands for 3 months. I have a residence in germany and she is almost fluent in german language and passed the A1-GOETHE test. What kind of visa options does she have? Is there a way to get her a shengen visa? Money is not an issue and we are prepared to pay for everything. She has enough money in the bank as well so that should not be a problem either.

Yes, she should apply for a Schengen visa. As she is visiting Germany first she should apply to the German embassy.

AFAIK Schengen tourist visas are usually valid for 90 days, but I think she can apply for longer.
