Hi all,

I've tried to contact the Chinese embassy but their phone line is always engaged.

I heard that Ratchadapisek road is flooded and was wondering if the embassy is open and whether I can still arrange express visa (1 day for visa).

Going to fly to Beijing this Monday, so any help is greatly welcomed.
