Its still going down, today my home is almost dry (.5cm remaining) But still 45 cm on the roads.

So you could not replace your furniture or bring your destroyed furniture to the trash.

To my knowledge, there are two Chai Pruk housing estates between Bang Buathong and Bang Yai...

One is underwater, on the way to Wat La Plaa Duk and Nonthaburi immigration office...

The other one that I know, is here in Saothonghlin next door to our Kunalai Village, and it's the only dry gated community... it's a Land&House development.

A bit out of topic, but L&H did... and are still doing wonders by helping other gated communities...

My village Chai Pruk is about 4 kilometers from the centre of town driving from the south. it is near the big honda dealer out side of town of Bang Kruai Soi noi road. The number of the road is also 3215. Our village is next to the water plant or water works nontaburi, hope this helps narrow it down for you ,

thanks for all the info,

Can I assume that Klong Bang Bua Tong is still overflowing?

(And also Klong Bang Rak Yai?)

The whole area here is still flooded. So i think its fair to say those are still overflowing. I cant be 100% sure because i don't go out much. The road is getting better by the day, but still deep at some places.

Hi Robbloc

How is the water levels in Bang Bau Thong now, or does anyone else know the water levels?

Any info or up dates would be grateful, I am flying back on December 2 hope it is down enough to get in to my house , I am in Chai Pruk Village

about 4 klimoters from town. near the Honda dealer, across from the care care centre.

How is highway number 9 is it still flooded?

thanks in advance

To be honest i think water will be down but the road wont be passable everywhere. Now i see that pickups can drive on most parts of the roads. Still no go for normal cars. Who knows maybe around the time that you go. But from what i know is that the water is going down 2cm max per day. That is not much so when you arrive it will be 30 cm lower then what it is now. But some places the road is really flooded deeply. I would not try it with anything else then a pickup.

I will leave this place the 27th and come back the 14th and then im not even sure if i will bring the car back. (not a pick up). I just worry that some places on the road still wont be dry then.
