As it'sbloody flooded in cheangwattana, does anybody know where is the another foreign affaris branch or translation agency near victory monument which could help me get a stamp for my documents. i have read some posts that someone has been to the government building 5 mints from victory monumnet to get that stamp........thanks a lot.....

Moved to Thai visas

The MFA consular section is open and can be reached by bus. (only part of the road is flooded) Immigration states this:

Can take a bus No.166 , please look at the front of a bus will show destination at Government Complex.

The first bus from Victory Monument start at 7:00 am. and leave every 40 minutes.

The Consular department is just before the Government Complex. Alternatively you can use a translation agency, there will be several near your embassy.
