PATTAYA: -- Two vehicles were broken-into, early on Thursday and items were taken from them. According to the victims, it took Police two hours to respond after they initially refused to attend the crime scene and suggested they should make their way to the Police Station to report the crime instead. The incident occurred close to a Hotel in Soi Chaypreuk in Jomtien and although witnesses spotted two young men thought to be responsible for the break-ins, Police did not respond in a timely manner, allowing the perpetrators to escape. Khun Wirashai aged 49 and Khun Surat aged 38 decided to document the crime scene themselves and confirmed the theft of a computer notebook, digital camera and GPS system from Khun Wirashai’s bronze Isuzu D-Max pick-up and a bag of personal documents and a spare tire from Khun Surat’s black Toyota Vigo
