Thai Registered Airmail Lost Packets

Featured Replies

did anyone succeeded to get refunded for a lost registered Thai Airmail, I have lost over 20 Packets sent to France, Italy and UK.

I have opened an Investigation with both the local Thai post office and the ones in Europe but it s been two months now and no reply from them.

each one is blaming the other for the loss, the Thai post office has showed me clear evidence of the air-bill and that the items has really left Thailand with the flight tracking number.

I am 95% sure that they get lost in Europe and higher chances they get stolen by the Post Office employees in Europe as all of the packets has actually passed the customs and because the other packets sent to Canada and Australia didn't get lost.

my question is did anyone managed to get the compensation of 30SDR max mentioned in the Thai manual post office for each lost or stolen registered airmail.

thanks
