Amazing Sight

Featured Replies

On Third Road this evening I witnessed a truly amazing, almost astonishing, sight. A motorcycle taxi driver's mobile phone rang and he pulled into the side of the road to answer it! My faith in humanity's common sense was briefly restored.

One off mate, he must have had to stop to think

You realise that you are talking about the police adjudants, don't you?

You ever seen a policeman in this country breaking the law?:whistling:

its simply not possible!

this kind of behavior is totally unheard of

i think the phone must have been faulty so he had to stop to deal with it .....

Should be stripped of his vest - and given 40 lashes for letting the Taxi riders down ......................

Didn't he have a helmet on? They usually slip the mobile in and wedge it between the helmet and ears for a uniquely hands-free experience!

I can only assume that he must have been riding in the outside lane and felt he could cause more mayhem swerving across the traffic to stop and take the call than wobble along slowly in the normal fashion !

Probably doesn't want his Mrs to hear the bike in motion, "No teelak, still no customer today.. no money!"

He'd just stolen the phone and had no idea how it worked?

lies, i tell you.

One off mate, he must have had to stop to think

Think, c'mon, the reason he pulled in is that they (Thai's) can only do one thing at once. Wish I had witnessed it though.
