Sorry, I don't know Pattaya at all so am unable to answer your question, but have you tried a google search?

Alternatively, I suspect there are many unwanted street dogs around so it shouldn't be difficult finding one to 'take in'. I obtained two of my dogs this way and they are incredibly loyal and loving.

An alternative is to go to a local Wat and pick up a puppy from there,

I would advise you to visit the websites and facebook pages of Soi Dog (Phuket) and SCAD (Bangkok), although they are not in your area, they have been working tirelessly lately rescuing hundreds of dogs and puppies of all ages from the BKK floods, and they are trying to find homes for many of them. It would be great if you could give one of those dogs a forever home :-)
