November 28, 201114 yr Is there such a guesthouse or hotel in CM with a soft mattress?? We've spent the last week on a hard bed and are feeling it!! Any suggestions appreciated!!
November 28, 201114 yr Try Imm Eco Resort and they have a great pool and internet...about 1km East NE of Night Baz. Can always push the 2 twin together unless you get a room with a bunkbed My apartment, after 1 night I had to upgrade the bed so I bought a Belgium made Matress for 5k baht...so I can sleep....great investment
November 28, 201114 yr Head out to the Big C/Homepro... In the Big C common area there as a place that sells the latex bed covers (Homepro has them too but a bit more expensive)...
November 28, 201114 yr The Dome Residence on Huay Kaew Road has very comfortable beds - as good as any mid-priced hotel I've stayed in.
November 28, 201114 yr think its a matter of getting what you pay for. you may have to shell out s few more baht to get a place with a softer mattress.....
November 28, 201114 yr Empress beds are alright but rooms are a bit stuffy due to carpets and locked windows. One of the best night's sleep I've had in a CM hotel was in the (old) Montri. Amazing big bed, that.
November 29, 201114 yr Wow, Vibe, you are really slowing down. 19 hours to get on this one. Are you doing OK?
December 1, 201114 yr Author Thanks for all suggestions. I did see some of the ones y'all mentioned in stores, but we ended up going the "pay more get better" route for now.
