Nigerian suspected of selling illegal drugs in Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- Region 2 Narcotics Officers arrested a Nigerian National accused of selling class 1 drugs on Sunday evening. Police had previously arrested a Thai woman; Khun Rosanee aged 34, who was caught with 0.5g of Crystal Methamphetamine, commonly known as “Ice”. She provided Police with information regarding her foreign supplier and a meeting was arranged to purchase more drugs from the suspected dealer at a Hotel in North Pattaya. Police arrested Mr. Arinze Anthony Ifeanyi aged 44 who was found to be in possession of 20.8g of “Ice” in two separate bags. Both suspects were taken to Pattaya Police Station for processing where Mr. Ifeanyi claimed he purchased the drugs from a Thai agent with the intention of selling the drugs to Thai customers in Pattaya.
