hi all, just wanna ask if anybody knows how much 1 rai of land costs in petchabun, there is not a 7/11 in sight for at least 3kms and no shops in the near vacinity, all there is is the main road to petchbun which is about 70kms north,

What kind of land, is it next to a made road, is there water, flat, hills ? you will need to be very precise..

Also what kind of paper. Not full chanote, it's not worth much.

If there is no electricity nearby and you need it, you will be responsible to buy your own poles and cable. Not cheap.

Sounds as if the land is near the junction of the 21 main rd to Phetchabun and the 225.

Without knowing type of deed held and location of the land is hard to give answers, could be anywhere from 30k to 100k+.

There is a poster on these forums who lives in Phu Toei just a bit south of you, maybe he will read this and answer.

If you can find the exact location, I have a friend who lives up that way, I can ask her.

There are few people who having been caught out building illegal resorts/developments in the area, if thats your intention proceed with caution.

sorry for not being precise, the exact location is Bung samphan which is 12 kms from wichianburi, there is electricity poles and water but that is about all on this piece of land but that is it no buidings or anything else on this land just bare soil
