Is it possible to get a golf club repaired?

The edge of the face of the club has a little groove or chip in it, maybe a few millimetres deep and wide.

Can this be filled in or repaired so as to not affect usage and be visible?

If so, anywhere in Bangkok that will do it and for how much roughly?

Dunno where to have this done in Bangkok, but it can be done. I had a real nasty dent in a 7-iron a couple of years ago after a full swing in the rough caught a rock face on, and I had that repaired. That was back in London, though...
