The weather I mean.

At least where I am located in Bangkok the last two days have been absolutely delightful. Clear blue skies in the morning and afternoons, partly-cloudy mid-day, many stars visible at night. Below average temperatures, low humidity, cool refreshing breezes. I guess we should enjoy while we can.

The Dude says Right On Man. I can really really dig this weather with a shovel, dudester

I hear first complaints: "Too cold".

But no way to suggest switch off the a/c in the offices.

Lovely weather at the moment.

It has to be the best time of year in Thailand.

enjoy while it lasts. Usually about 2 weeks in my experience.

The way some of the Thais were wrapped up in their winter woolies this morning, I thought we were expecting a heavy snow storm.

Get out to Issan later in Dec - Jan, and you will feel quite cold - well 15 - 18 is cold

The locals dress their dogs in T-shirts here is Khon Kaen, because its "cold"

And, yes, our neighbors put their two dogs into t-shirts....

My gf is telling me it's terribe cold in BKK and "drak" at 5pm.

15 C here this morning, been like it the last few days. Two quilts on the bed, and I've had to dig my fleces out...blody freezing, dont know how I'd cope if I had to go back.

The 1st time in 5 years of living in Northern Isaan I have had woolies on 3 days in a row at this time of year, usually January. NOT complaining though, wonderful clear sunny weather. Must be bloody cold in the Chiang Mai area?

I am frozen. There is no way i could go back to living in the UK. Even more so because I just read on the BBC news that there will be widespread snow. In november? Has the world gone mad?

Great weather in Bkk. Our temp gauge got down to 14 C. last night. Bordering on the same right now The only down side is this cold/virus doing its thing. Great to have no a/c, no fans and wearing blanket...almost like a Tasmanian summer...mild/temperate is the word I am thinking of

Just returned from the 'cement swimming pond' and I swear the water was in the teens C! brrrrr Other than that (and a touch of non-avarian flu;) I absolutely LOVE this weather

What's the humidity in Bkk currently anyone?? Can't seem to find it on any of the weather sites.

It is almost perfect weather right now...heard from my friends in London that it is freezing over there at the moment. Not sure how i would cope if i went back...makes me shiver even thinking about frosty mornings getting on the tube!!

Based on the current temperature (27.3) and the current dew point temperature (17.6) currently on display here, the current relative humidity would be ~ 57%. The closer those two figures are to each other the higher the humidity until they equal each other, then the air is saturated, and the humidity is at 100% and we are all melting like the Wicked Witch of the West!

We like it when those two numbers are far apart. (But no so far apart that our skin dries and cracks, like my native region in the winter!)
