My gf's kids wanted some. They had them in Tesco in all the branches in BKK a few months ago but very expensive i thought. The better ones were around 1500 baht a pr, plus another 5 or 6 hundred for pads etc plus more for a helmet . ( I have heard the argument that Thai kids don't need hemets etc etc - another topic). I bought some for them for Christmas here in Sydney for the equilivant of 560 baht and good quality scate helmets for the same price each.

But the point is Tesco sells them in the sports section.

i really miss blading and tried to look for them here as well.

i saw some at sport world kad suan kaew but they were some of the worst quality ones i've ever seen... possibly equipped with ABEC negative 10s.

i think the only thing you can do is get them (sent) from bangkok. i've heard of some places with them.

yes, checking into having the wife's brother find some in BKK..problem there is that he would not know crap from good ones.

went to 2 tesco lotus today and big C hang dong... no sign of them. Did find skateboards (crap) and the scooters (what we call razors in USA)... but the kid really wants inlines.

asked the help at Carrefour, where they skate around to do price checks and stuff... both guys we asked said theirs were sent from BKK...should have asked what store in BKK cuz their quality looks acceptable.
