hi to everyone my name is tony and this is my first post on thaivisa though i have been in thailand for almost 5 years now.in the uk i used to build furniture as a hobby so when i arrived here i set about getting a reasonable workshop set up expecting tools to be readily available as thailand is so close to china -taiwan japan and india where it seems all tools come from these days ,boy how wrong can you be ,i ended up building a bench complete with home built vices and because i could not locate one i also built a woodworking lathe which wont do everything i ask of it so anyone know where i can purchase a woodworking lathe in the bangkok general area please
