Hotel Swimming Pools

Featured Replies

Generally ,do the nicer hotel swimming pools allow for non-guests to drop in and pay for a pool pass etc ?

I saw this one which has block purchase tickets

It's nice to drop into plush surroundings for exercise !

Can you recommend a nice pool ?

Most hotels will allow non-guests come and use their pool and exercise facility for a fee that varies from establishment to establishment. Many have gyms and sell weekly or monthly, even yearly memberships at varying fees. At the better hotels you really couldn't go wrong at any of the swimming pools.

Rawee Waree Resort (url obvious) is lovely. It's a bit out of town (Mae Taeng valley) but makes for a good day trip. You can't pay to use the pool exactly, but it's free if you're eating there.

Disclaimer: My wife works there - but that doesn't alter my opinion of the place.

I just checked with a relative who works at the Shangri-la CM, 350Baht for a one day swimming pool ticket but extra to use the gym.

I'm sure there would be cheaper options.

This time of year, I think your best option is the Sankampaeng hot spring pool, 40baht entence fee, 50 baht to use the pool.

Agreed; can't swim this time of the year because it's too cold.
