Fab Detergent

Featured Replies

I've always used Fab detergent (because all the brands available here are unfamiliar, and Fab has become a generic trademark so that might be a sign of quality...?).

Anyway, recently it's become impossible to find any bottles of it. The Emporium Gourmet Market used to stock it, but hasn't had any in stock for weeks now. I've checked branches of Tops, Foodland, Villa, Big C, and Lotus, all to no avail. I did find the handwash/powder bag version, but I'm looking for the liquid version (the big blue bottle).

Has anyone seen bottles of Fab on sale anywhere in downtown Bangkok? If you notice it at the supermarket, could you please let me know which store and branch, so I can go and stock up? It's weird that quite an iconic brand is so hard to find, while Pao/Ozo/etc. powder are everywhere.

Thanks,

Mat.

It's a plenty here up country in the sticks.

My mum used to use Ariel in England.

It has enzymes which really seem to work on dissolving the dirt.

Mum used to say you put it in a bucket of Ariel in water, leave it overnight, and next day really you only have to give it a quick squeeze by hand. And I used it myself....it worked just like she said.

Surely they have this here, especially with lack of hot water.

What's it called?
