I don't obsess about anything besides music and hunting and fishing. You assume what I know, and what others think. I know what professional nutritionists have said. there's a difference. -

S/E Asian Thai Consulates going to eVisa online system effective Tuesday Oct 8th
ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS; The following Thai consulates in S/E Asia will go to online eVisa applications ONLY starting the 8th of Oct. They will discontinue any walk up/in person visa applications at that time. Actually some of them stopped accepting in person applications already and have consular services closed until they open on the eVisa system on Tuesday Vietnam - Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Bharu Cambodia - Phnom Penh The follow consulates are still walk up consulates (they will not be changing to eVisa at this time) BUT you need to book an appt online to get in the gate Lao - Vientiane, Savannakhet Burma - Yangon The following consulates are walk up consulates no appt needed Indonesia - Jakarta Taiwan - Taipei Philippines - Manila You have to physically be IN the country whose thai consulate you are using on the eVisa system. Also the consulates that used to sell year/multi-Non-O's will no longer be able to seeing as that is NOT a choice on the eVisa system (so anyone thinking of going to HCMC or Savannakhet for year/multi Non-O think again 😕 ) -

Did I say Erythritol was okay? No, I never use it. I do use Splenda and Equal, limited. I don't eat "crap", and if pizza, burgers, scampi and lasagne, cooked healthy style, are crap to you, you know absolutely nothing about good nutrition. What I say might be weird to you, but that's because you don't understand nutrition like i do, and perhaps go by what a few of your friends have said and not researched about nutrition for 50 years like i have. "No one believes NY pizza and burgers are healthy? How many people do you actually know that know anything about nutrition? I know many, and have read countless books and articles about food for years. But I guess they are all nonsense also. There are countless articles written about the health benefits of certain foods. Do like I do. Look them up. I'm not shoving anything down anyone's throat. I just tell things as they are. it's up to people what they choose to eat. I know what's healthy, and what's not. I give advice and it's always helped. Positive feedback is a clue. -

Where to buy Kefir grains ?
Thanks for the replies. I'm in BKK and have ordered off Lazada. Delivery only took about 36 hours ! I came to the conclusion that any quality concerns regarding the product were unlikely to be addressed and for 5 months of use (until I get back to the uk) there was no need to overthink the issue. Setting up the brew now. 🙂 -

true, my parents had no idea of about 90% of the stuff i got up to when i was a teenager. more effective policing and enforcement of existing legislation would go someway to changing what is a dreadful behavioral cultural on thai roads, and i include foreigners as well as locals in this. -

On any thread he appears on, he just says something stupid that people find annoying, normally defending the wrong doer or saying something obviously bad is good. 🤷♂️ -
