January 3, 201214 yr My wife did the 90 days report and left Thailand two days later, she has been away for more than three months, and my questiuon is should she report again upon her arrival to Thailand or wait for another 90 days before she do and should the new 90 days include the couble of days she spent in Thailand before her departure or not?
January 3, 201214 yr Day of return is day one of a new 90 day count. So she should report 90 days after return.
January 3, 201214 yr And always check the '90 day' stamp date in the passport Immigration give on arrival.
January 3, 201214 yr If his wife was doing 90 day reports then she must have neen here on a visa "extension". Hopefully she obtained a re-entry permit before she left otherwise her extension to stay was terminated the day she exited Thailand. If she did purchase a re-entry permit and fills out the arrival card properly, she sould get permisission to stay until the expiration of her current visa extension, not 90 days. But she should definitely check before she leaves immigration that her visa is stamped witythe correct date!
