sbk Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Please email support at thaivisa.com from the email your account is registered to in order to get your password reset, Usually its one of three things: You registered with a different email than the one you are currently using. Yahoo is problematic for receiving thaiivsa emails. You need to set thaivisa.com to your whitelist (safelist) with your email Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
