Golden Triangle Riders Welcome Motorbike Travellers

Famed Golden Triangle Riders Band members will be welcoming serious motorbike travelers at the Rider’s Corner Inn and Restaurant January 13 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The motorbike adventurers and travellers will be gathering for the Sixth Annual Horizons Unlimited Traveller’s Meeting.

Travellers from around the globe will be trading information on the latest maps, GPS routings, border crossings, travel warnings and attending multimedia presentations about motorcycle adventures in Myanmar (Burma), Iceland, Laos, Taiwan, Thailand and points throughout Asia.

Harry Lyon-Smith will be present with his 1950’s British Royal Enfield he converted to run on vegetable oil and has ridden it overland from the UK. Also present to welcome those attending will be a number of the highly secretive motorbike society of Heaven and Earth Golden Triangle Riders.

January 13 and 14 are slated to be the largest gathering of motorcycle travel enthusiasts to ever assemble in Asia.
