I need a sim card for a mobile phone that will be used mostly for incoming calls or emergencies. Could someone suggest a cheap (prepaid?) with the longest expiry time?

I've got a AIS 12call sim, balance is valid for more than 6 months.

Even if your balance is finished you can receive calls, refills come as cheap as 100 Baht

One2call sim costs 550 baht and 500 baht calling credit is included. Phone unlocking costs about 300 baht.
