Just wanting to put a question out if anybody knows what farm land prices are per rai in buri ram/nang ring area.

Or what average buy prices are.

The land next to us 50 rai rents for 1000 a rai its been the same price for the last 4 years , 40 rai in the same road rents for the same price 1000 a rai . The people that rent just take the one rice crop from the land each year .

Over here in Sukhothai you can rent land at 500 Baht a Rai and you can still pick up land to buy at 25000 Baht a Rai if your lucky.
