Huge Widening Income Gap

I don't wish I was anyone else on this forum . I'm happy being me...I'm young, dumb, and full of c#m,   which is more to say for many of you over the hill...though I've noticed the sex-lives of farang in los seems pretty extended, atleast compared to my recollections of guys in their 60's/70's in the nursery homes back in the states...must be the viagra ...i digress

Like someone said, I can easily make more than I'm making now by simply going back home and get a 'real job' but I don't and won't because I'm not willing to give my life away in pursuance of material wealth. I've seen/known enough people who met death before they could ever plan rich and poor...some very close ones...

And I garuntee at their dying moments, none of them were wishing they had earned more money, gained more assets, exploited more masses...cause in that end, none of this mattered.  What really mattered is did their impact on earth/society/people have positive affect overall or not???

The only thing is to make sure you do right by the kid and give him/her a good education. Just because you like living this lifestyle, it doesn't mean the kid will like it.

5,000 US$ a month isnt a lot for a very senior director at a large 5* Hotel, regardless of race or country. 

Thats about the same as a Garbage man makes in the states, With overtime you could earn that amount working at Mcdonalds as a Team Leader.

Its always easy to look at other peoples jobs and come to the conclusion that they dont do much for their money, without understanding the responsibility, time and dedication that a position at that level requires.

And Im a happy ######er too, I can walk out my back door anytime I want and catch largemouth bass, walk into my garage and choose from several autos and 3 different bikes, have a home large enough to have 5 couples and their kids come to stay anytime they wish (and they often do), if I want to take a trip I take it. I donate more to charity than you earn in a year, and Ive put 3 of my relatives children through college because they were so bright and got such good grades. ie...they deserved it. All of them succeeded in getting their degrees.

Oh yeah, to answer your question you will again have to put on your thinking cap and read the post I made again,

In 5 years I went from Job hopping every 2 yrs to being able to build a custom home on a private lake.

I never said I was unemployed, in fact I usually jumped jobs because a competitor recruited me. Say going from print, to radio, to TV.

Yes there were also times when I changed jobs because I had become bored, unchallanged, but 80% of the time it was a move upward, not horizontal.

Maybe you should read a good book, might help blow the cobwebs off.
