January 18, 201214 yr THEY DONT EXIST. 2 B/R condo for a million baht get real. Even Nirun in Pattaya would be pushing it but I'd hardly call it 'good'. There's plenty of studios in new developments advertised in Jomtien for 1 million Baht, but I suspect they are Thai name.
