Whats the best way to get from pattaya to snooky without spending a night in ko kong are there any organized bus trips,just had some mates come stay at my place only 23 us dollar the opposite way from snooky with ana travel cost them a lot more to go back

Stop over one night in Trat, nice little town. Get the bus on Suk just past the junction with Klang. About 5 hours or so depending on how many stops. I don't remember any minubuses direct but that was a while ago.

No direct through bus services. Depending on how many of your mates there are, it maybe worthwile to consider a back to back taxi for about 5000 baht total with same day arrival ( 8 hours all in all app).

It's ok, Sihanoukville is not an easy word to remember how to spell.

There is a reasonable sized town called Khlong Yai about 10 km short of the border on the Thai side. If you are at the border when it opens (8.00 am approx) you should be able to get the bus.

Otherwise you can go across in the afternoon and stay in Koh Kong on the Cambodian side.

This company has been established for years

Easy take a private car from Pattaya to Kho Kong so as to arrive attthe crossing for about 7.30. Boat leaves the pier for Sihanoukville about 08:30 if I remmber correctly just giving you enough time to get over the bridge from the border. Lat time i was there a number of small casinoi's had sprung up (surprise) so spending a night at the border is a lot more fun than it used to be....
