Stamp Vs. Visa For 30 Day Stay ? For Usa Person

stamp vs. visa for 30 day stay ?? for USA person

my visit should be exactly 30 days , it looks like the current visa is $35 , is it worth it , just to get the visa instead of cutting it close with the 30days and/or possible short overstay ?

Let's try this over in the Visa forum. I think you'll do better with this over there.

Topic Moved.

If your stay is 30 days, no problem.

If it is 31 you risk being refused entry to the flight.

........so not so simple , as just go pay overstay few days, i guess i could imagine worse case, i was sick could not travel i might not be exactly 30days, so go for the 60d visa i guess ?

Travelling from U.S you need either an onward ticket within 30 days of landing or a Visa.

If not the airline can refuse you entry to the flight.

sure of course, thing is the visa seems to be $35 whereas the 30 day stamp is free ......

It is OK to use visa exempt entry if your original tickets do not show more than thirty day stay. If you got sick you could extend your stay.
