I’ve backpacked through Southpark Asia for years… now i feel quietly pushed out
What would someone typically do for these durations? Where would they stay? I'm genuinely seeking ideas. Vietnam for 45 days followed by Malaysia for 90 days. For context, I find Malaysia (KL) less interesting and struggle to stay beyond 2 weeks, Penang is manageable for about 2 weeks. In Vietnam, places like Da Nang are good for up to 2 weeks. Similarly, Bali is fine for about 2 weeks before I get itchy feet, although I can handle up to 2 months there if i push it. -

Well Done @richard_smith137 and as for your last para I have previously stated that these Anti-vax nutters don't seem to understand that to believe their "conspiracy theories" it would mean that many tens of thousands of Scientists, professors, universities, researchers and anyone else involved in this field of medicine are lying, and I won't buy into this crap. -

Obviously we're talking about Thais that are concerned with tourism. You're also missing out the knock-on effects of money coming into the country. Even if you think that most Thais don't have anything to do with tourists, nearly all Thais are affected by money generated by tourism, you just aren't particularly well informed on the topic. The important thing is that it makes enough of an impact that Thailand would be a lot worse without it, and Thais should be thinking about maintaining a steady stream of tourists, if they want to maintain their lifestyles. I know you probably don't like this, for your own personal reasons, but it is true. -

Rejected Non O marriage visa application at CW because "haven't been married long enough".
@michael888 you shortly will start your 30 day extension (you mentioned earlier) ... Prior to expiry Obtain 60 day extension to visit wife. With 15+ days remaining on the 60 day extension you can attend CW and obtain the Non O. As mentioned above the option of obtaining a e-Visa Non O at eg Vientiane is an option. Current thread running where Non O eVisa (payment for application Vientiane) was processed in hours. Thinking obtain it at CW better option.
