Two Bulgarian ATM skimming suspects caught by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- Pattaya Police in conjunction with the Provincial Transnational Crime Suppression Unit arrested two Bulgarian’s on Thursday afternoon, accused of running an ATM Skimming operation. The two men were spotted by a Police patrol who passed a Family Mart Convenience Store in Soi Bongkot in Central Pattaya and it appeared they were in the process of attaching a false cover to the card slot on the ATM machine in front of the store. They saw Police and ran away but were soon caught and the false cover which was thrown into a nearby area of wasteland was recovered. The men were taken to their rented room in Soi Beokeow where further evidence including computers, credit cards, mini-cameras and mobile phones were found. Mr. Ventseslav Palyski aged 39 and Mr. Borislav Ralev aged 41 were arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station where Police Lieutenant General Panya,
