Where Can I Print A Lot Of Pages?

I got some adobe acrobat files I was to print out, I know I can go to some little computer shop and print but the files have about 500 pages each and from the coffee internet shops I have visited I think I would be sitting there for a long time waiting.

If I have the files on a usb stick where can I go to get lots of pages printed fast?

On Thepprasit a few doors down from Aksorn Technical College is a print shop. There is usually a sign out front with a "5" on it (half a baht a copy). I am pretty sure they can take a usb stick and do copies.

If I had known that I wouldnt have bought a printer last week. Still, it's more convenient doing it at home.

I did some copies at a shop on 3rd Road. Go up Soi Excyte, turn left onto 3rd Road, go about 80 meters and look to the left. Just like the above poster said, you will see a 0.5 sign. I bet now you will see those 0.5 signs everywhere you go now. I sure do. They have 3 or 4 industrial strength copy machines which go pretty quick.

However, I printed off about 100 pages, from my usb drive, or so and the price was 3 baht per page. They gave me a song and dance about how copying and printing from a usb were different so I could not get the 5 satang per page price. 3 baht per page is not a great price as the price in Tokyo is about 4 baht per page everywhere. I would have expected the price to be lower when compared to Tokyo.

Before going there I went to a shop near the intersection of 2nd Road and Pattaya Klang and they wanted 20 baht per page. What a rip-off.

It's true that there is a difference between printing from file and copying, and one would expect a laser printer to be more expensive than a commercial stand-alone copier, but not 6 times more expensive.

Most of the internet/print/phone shops I have asked in around 2nd Rd/Soi Buakow wanted 5 or sometimes 10B per copy, which is pretty expensive as you say. 20B is just plain silly.

For a normal A4 black & white copy ....50 Satang, half a baht, not 5 satang Walkingman!!! loads of shops around, i guess it depends where you are.....what is your location?

Actually Walkingman, they will give some <deleted> about printing and copying, no probs, copy one laser print perfect specimen and then fire it through the 50 satang copier for the rest!!

That works if you want many copies of one document, but not if you have a document that is made up of many different pages.
