Question For Thai Speakers | About 3G

Hey I found this on ThaiMobile7.com :

"HTC Sensation XE เครื่องศูนย์ Black /White = 18,000 + Apps แท้ + mem 8 GB (รอรับ 3G AIS)"

What does (รอรับ 3G AIS) mean?

I asked them and they told me it means that the phone will only work on AIS 3G..

Since I'm not from thailand, I wanna know if it means it won't work in other countries on 3G ?

I really want to buy from them and not sure if it will work on 3G here or not...

It means it will work on the 900 and 2100 Mhz bands (maybe others check the specs). 900 is AIS only. 2100 is TOT3G in Thailand and almost every carrier in Europe, Australia, etc.. None in the U.S. as they use non-standard bands.
