dazdaz
Hi, 2 questions. 1. Can you enter Thailand without booking a hotel. I seem to remember last time I visited, I had an entry form that asked for hotel details. My feeling is that this is not required but would like to know for sure. I do know that some countries do require this, however as I say, i'm not sure. Appreciate the clarification. 2. What's the webpage for the central / main train station from Bangkok ? Kind regards and thanks

If you don't, they will ask you to pick up an hotel name in the list ... :-) 2: Hua lumpong http://www.thailandguru.com/transport-srt.html
TRIPxCORE
1: Yes, they will ask you where you plan to stay. If you don't, they will ask you to pick up an hotel name in the list ... :-) I dont think that this is correct at all. I have entered Thailand by air and land more than 30 times and never once have I been asked where I was staying. I always just leave the form blank. lopburi3
1. You are supposed to answer the question of where you stay on the TM.6 form. If it is a private address it serves as your 90 day report start. For a tourist who is staying in a hotel or guesthouse all they have to put is 'hotel' as the hotel will report his presence. If the inspector has time he may ask you what hotel as conversation but you have no requirement to have one prior to entry. 2. The official web site for Royal Thai Railway

Just put down the name of any hotel.
