Pollution In The Pinklao And Taling Chan Areas

Featured Replies

TV,

I had heard that the pollution level in norther BKK is bad due to the prevailing winds from the south pushing all that crap up north. How true would you say that is? Would you say or have you heard of the pollution levels in the Pink Lao (sp?) and/or Taling Chan (sp?) areas being bad?

I like BKK. I can endure the heat, humidity, traffic abd crowds, but all those particulate in the air simply freaks the hell out of me!

I wouldnt mind living in CM, but heard that the pollution levels are pretty high there, even worse than BKK at times! I even heard Pattaya has some pretty bad pollution. Rayong would be ok except for the fact that the area is apparently surrounded by chemical factories!

Ahhhhh....still in search of paradise....

Tanks!
