Classified Login Not Working - "Authentication Failed!" Message

Featured Replies

The problem is persistent. I keep having an "Authentication Failed!" message when trying to log-in the Classified Section. Not sure why the Root Admin chose to lock the previous topic as the problem is clearly not permanently solved.

Should work now, we were having issues with some ISPs and it should be resolved now

I'm sorry, but it still doesn't. Could it possibly be that my password is an alphanumericspecialcharacter password?

if your password has something other than letters and numbers the classifieds wont' take it, email support at thaivisa.com and they can reset your password to one of your choice if you prefer

I see. That is some strange prerequisite knowing that the forum has no pb with such passwords. If I could advise, this should be corrected so to facilitate the flow or mentioned during the forum subscription process so to avoid people changing their password due to internal bugs.

Anyways, thank you for the support.

I just ran in the same problem, classifieds does not accept the login. PW has only letters and numbers, so this can't be the reason....any help?
