Non O Visa Multiple Entry

Featured Replies

My visa says March ? 2011 till March 7th 2012. I arrive March 7th at 1430.

Question is will I get my 90 days? It's not the end of the world if I don't but......

It seems to be upon the immigration officer to give you a 90 day entry or consider your visa expired.

Currently chances seem to be that you will get 90 days.

You will get 90 days - did it many times on the last day when I was on the same visa.

Have not heard of any problems in the last decade as they now read it as through that date rather than at start of day.

To be for sure, enter the Kingdom the day before expiring.

Looks like the Thai Immigration officer read "Enter Before 7 March 2012" just as it says, "before."

Now you need to stop by a laundry and get your pants washed....

Good on ya, tho.
