Hiring A Van From Pattaya To Pimai(40 Minutes Northeast Of Korat)

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I am currently in my moo ban in Pimai, and will be taking a trip to Pattaya on the 11th of this month, meeting my brother there and returning on the 15th. I am traveling by bus from Korat to Pattaya, but wish to hire a van or other form of transport for my return (my brother hates bus travel).

Does anyone know of a trusted service which could help me out? I have posted a similiar thread in the Pattaya forum, but have had no concrete responses (and am having no luck with the web)

Thanks in advance for your time, perhaps I can buy a round of beers and some som tum for some of my Isaan neighbors.

Thanks again,

Eric

your really trying

Do I detect a note of sarcasm? I am trying, and have a lead on a service that operates out of Pimai. The company services the local temples, and also supplies transportation for visiting monks from other provinces. I have heard that they are considered the safest service around, non drinking drivers...and the price seems fair..4500 baht all inclusive (no extra charge for fuel )

My wife and I are going to inspect the vehicle tommorow (we were invited to do so )

If anyone is interested in their contact number, let me know.

I'll update this thread after I meet with them, and If I do decide to use them...I'll post a review.

I have used this company a few times last year with great satisfaction. http://www.bangkoklimo.org/

You decide yourself when to have breaks.

Thanks much for the reply, I will check them out.
