I have to pay my income tax tomorrow, Ive been working here for three years but this year at a higher salary, works out as 51k a month. My Cambodian wife and two kids - both studying here - are attached to my non-imm visa. All our docs - marriage, birth etc have been stamped by ministry of foreign affairs here. Question is, can I claim them as my spouse and children on income tax, as since Im am counted as "resident" for tax purposes so are they no?

Thanks

Thanks Interactive, I pay pretty high tuition fees for an "international" school, Somtawin in HH. Does this qualify as a Thai-registered?

Cheers
