Asian Dragon Boat Championships 2012 coming to Pattaya

PATTAYA:-- A press conference announcing a forthcoming Dragon Boat competition was held at Central Festival Pattaya Beach on Thursday Night.

12 countries around the Asian region will submit teams to compete in the Asian Dragon Boat

Championships 2012 which will take place at the Bali Hai Port in South Pattaya between 7^th and 8^th February. The event is organized jointly by the Rowing Association of Thailand, Pattaya City Hall and the Royal Thai Navy and this is the first year the racing has taken place at sea rather than the Maprachan Reservoir.
