Is A Photo Required For 90 Days Address Report?

Featured Replies

I can't remember ...do you need to bring a photo to do the 90 days address report? Or just the passport + copies?T

Thank you :)

A photo is not needed.

and dependent on which office you go to....copies of your pp may or may not be needed

nothing except the original passport is required

At your local office, I'm sure. But more is required at some other offices, I'm also sure. Photo? No, I think nowhere.

As SoutPeel says, each office has it's own rules. Ranong would not even accept copies done on my scanner. I had to use their "service"

Phuket don't requires an photo but requires the passport copy's in case it is your first reporting or the first reporting in the new year.
