What Head/ Earphone To Use On Your Andriod

Featured Replies

I like classical music. (e.g. on long flights ) Using a HTC Desire. What earphone gives good sound quality. Headphones availabe? I assume asking for noise canceling head phones would be too much.

google is your friend.. lots of choices in headphones out there.. you can even buy noise cancelling headphones in tesco lotus.

Yep, HTC takes standard plug.

For long flights active noise cancelling (passive ones are just ear plugs). Short haul or music at home something good quality with passive. Personally i like Sennheiser ones. Bit pricey but works for me.

I assume noise canceling causes additional drain on the battery of my smart phone, may not be the best option, or?

Bying instead a MP3 player would that last longer?

it would depend on the mp3 player. but generally they last longer (a lot longer for some)

most noise cancelling headphones have their own battery.

On a similar note: has anyone found a good Samsung docking system (in Bangkok) that allows me to listen to music 'out loud'?

I've searched around but can't find anything.

Cheers

Bose portable, they have iPod doc one and one with normal aux in that works with everything else. Aux one also has Bose "wifi" stick so you can stream wireless from computer. Again not the cheapest option but sound is good intheclub.gif
