Dependability (On-time performance) -> dependability

Personalization (know cust's name) -> take good care of us

Price (Quality surrogate) -> well off (price indicates quality)

Quality (Perceptions important) -> high quality, high profile

Reputation (WOM) -> good reputation

Safety (cust well-being) -> feel safe when we're together

Speed (Avoid excessibe waiting) -> don't make us wait
