Importing Medicine

Featured Replies

Suffereing from cancer I have to take a form of chemotherapy (hormone) injections every 3 months for two years. The first injection at BGH

cost me over BT40,000. This is far more than I can afford and I have no insurance. This cost is outragious since I have found that it is available online

for a quarter of the price(it is the same brand and not generic). My question is - If I were to import it by EMS would I have any problems and would I have to pay any import dury.?

You can import using EMS and the package marked '"Health Supplies"" I do this with some diabetes medication and pay nothing, value on package is shown as zero but be sure to use EMS and not one of the logistical companies like DHL etc.
