I apologize for the late response. The class is open on Tuesday and Thursday between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM and also then on Saturday between 11:30 AM to 1 PM.

During the class we cover stand-up grappling based on Greco-Roman Wrestling and then also Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. My background is that I am purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have studied Greco Roman wrestling with a fighter by the name of Mac Danzig. The classes have been running for about 6 months in Bang Kapi. We have students that range from age 14 to the mid 40s. All classses are designed so that beginner or experienced grappler can enjoy the benefits of learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
