In theory yes, but expect her to be grilled at various stages of her visit.

She may encounter problems when she checks in on her departure from Thailand, the staff may well be looking for a return ticket.

When she arrives at the UK Border she may be quizzed by the Immigration Officer, and the IO may well ask for sight of the return ticket, or might be satisfied with evidence that she has funds available to buy one, you are probably aware that a Visa doesn't guarantee entry to the UK.

You say your Thai lady has a six month visa, is she intending to stay for six months? the IO will almost certainly ask her the duration of her intended stay, and can check her application to check that her answers match up with her application.
