Muppetbkk
I am on the first part of my double entry tourist visa and I should have either left the country or extended by the 17th, today is the 19th. No excuses, just a mix up with dates. My question is, has this overstay made the visa invalid. I I go to poipet tomorrow will I still be able to get a second entry (visa says I must enter the country befor March 18th)... What are the best options? Would appreciate some pointers. Lite Beer
The Visa is still valid but expect to pay an overstay fine of 1,500 Baht.

lopburi3
As long as other country allows you entry on return you will get the normal 60 day stay (and we have no reports of overstay causing a problem with other country's - but border travel does put you at a very small risk of police arrest for overstay). Always best to travel by air from an overstay.
