I am returning to Pattaya after 10 years from Phuket to stay for a year for personal and business decision. I am looking for a long term rental and am hoping for information on Condo complexes that have become overwhelmed with Russians or "Russiafied" As a personal preference I hope to avoid that ‘crowd” This post is not meant to be offending-just looking for info

I live in Thabali. I have been told that the first transfer to a Russian owner took place last month.

They mostly occupy the low end of the market up to about 2m baht.

Yes I was worried about that.

When Paradise Park, Jomtien has finished the end of this year , the neighbours will probably all be russians.....

I bought a 1 br condo for 1.4 mill , I know cheap but affordable for my budget . And it looks nice for what you get.
