Flavours In Massage Shops

Featured Replies

hi there

always when i enter the massage shops the room smells so nice. anyone know what kind of oil/flavour they use? (maybe a email link where to order)

cheers

Tiger Balm?

it's probably lemongrass smell

Usually lemongrass, but I've smelled others also. Visit any mall, or in the foyer outside most any Big C or Tesco, and you'll see carts/shops selling all sorts of different scents. We have a burner and use these all the time. Great stuff. Get a bigger burner otherwise the water boils out before the candle is done.

Believe the smell is a combination of washing up liquid and shampoo used for the soapies...LOL

The most prominent of the smells is camphor (spelling?). You can buy it at 100 Baht per small bottle at the massage school at Wat Po Bangkok.
