Customer Support Manager

We are looking for a seasoned manager to lead our customer support team which runs 24/7 phone/live chat support, mostly servicing US and European customers. You must have prior experience managing and leading a proactive customer support team, preferably in the software of IT industry. While this a a day shift position, our company provides a 24 hour response time, so you need to be able to work weekends and night shifts, including holidays on an infrequent basis. Preference will be given to applicants who possess project management certification, or who can provide a comprehensive list of projects they have brought to successful conclusion.

Job Requirements

• Native English Speakers Only (US, Canada and UK only)

• At least 5 years experience managing a customer support team

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

• Comfortable with mobile software

• Punctual and Reliable
